Matcorp Investments’ team consists of a small, dedicated group of financial and accountancy professionals with a strong background in Corporate Finance and deal structuring while also having substantial managerial experience. Matcorp Investments also has outside advisor teams specialising in Marketing, Strategy, Deal Structuring, Law and Corporate Finance that have worked with the company for many years during deal flow as well as day-to-day operations.
These deal advisors come from large accountancy firms (the Big Four), large law firms and from specialist boutique Corporate Finance companies.
Duncan Rooders is part of the second generation and has a Sloan Master’s of Science (MSc) degree from the London Business School (LBS) in Strategy and Leadership, an Executive Master’s of Science degree (eMSc) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in Behavioural Science and is currently enrolled in a three-year Executive Education programme at Harvard Business School.
